The Wattle House Thinking Day – Have Your Say!
Wednesday 15th July, 3–6pm Nepcote Hall, Findon Village Hall
The Wattle House has been part of Findon’s story for generations — and Findon Parish Council, with support from representatives of the Findon Sheep Fair Committee, are now exploring ways to shape its future. We’re inviting residents to come along, share ideas, and help us imagine what this much-loved little building could become.
Could it be sympathetically restored? Could it offer new value to village life? What would you like to see happen there?
Bring your thoughts, your memories, your creativity — and bring your family, friends and neighbours too. The more voices we hear, the stronger the project will be.
Free refreshments and ice cream for everyone (while stocks last!)
If you can’t attend, you can still take part by emailing the Parish Clerk at: clerk@findonparishcouncil.gov.uk
Do you have skills that could help us?
We’re also looking for people with experience in Business Development, IT, Conservation Planning, or any other skills that might support the project. If you have a little time and would like to know more, please contact the Parish Clerk.
Let’s shape the next chapter of the Wattle House together.
