Your Parish Council needs your help. We have vacancies for three Councillors.

Don't leave it to others, step up and get involved.

YOUR COMMITMENT AS A PARISH COUNCILLOR:

• Minimum of 15 evening meetings per year;

• Fully prepare for meetings by reading supporting documentation;

• Take an active role in meetings; and

• Keep up to date and comply with current legislation

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU:

• Full training opportunities will be available to you via the West Sussex Assoc of Local Councils

(WSALC), South Downs National Park Authority (SDNPA), West Sussex County Council (WSCC) and

Arun District Council (ADC) programmes;

• A ‘training buddy’ councillor will be allocated to you; and

• Minimal Committee membership in your first year of office.
