Main Modifications Consultation

Following the Inspector's initial hearings and his letter dated 05 May 2026, the Council has undertaken additional work to identify a revised housing requirement, together with a number of additional housing allocations.  Work has also taken place to suggest modifications to several other policies in the Plan. 

The suggested amendments to the plan are set out in the Schedule of Proposed Main Modifications, which is subject to a six week period of representation, running from 12:00pm on Monday 13 July to 12:00pm on Monday 24 August 2026.
